Internal Regulations
1 - COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND INDICATIONS
Clients and guests are required to use the Club facilities and equipment in accordance with these Internal Regulations, the instructions provided by the staff, and the posted instructions. Violations of the internal regulations may lead to termination of the Membership Contract in accordance with the provisions of the General Membership Conditions. The Club staff is authorized to verbally and/or in writing reprimand anyone who violates the provisions of the Internal Regulations.
2 – CLOTHING, TOWEL, CLEANING
To access the fitness room (Indoor Gym), the Course Room and the Rooftop Gym, it is mandatory to change shoes with gym shoes with clean soles (to be used exclusively at the Club), have a clean towel of adequate size (at least 100 x 50 cm) and wear a tracksuit. The use of tank tops is prohibited. If shorts are used, greater attention must be paid to the cleanliness of the equipment. When using the Club's equipment, a clean personal towel must always be used to protect your own hygiene and that of others. After use, the equipment and machinery must be dried and cleaned of any traces of dirt and sweat using the appropriate paper and sanitizing solution provided. It is forbidden to circulate in the Club's premises (including the Rooftop Gym and other external areas) in underwear, bare-chested, or in any case with clothing that does not respect the sensitivity of others.
3 – USE OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY
It is mandatory to put weights, mats and other mobile equipment back in their place after use. It is absolutely forbidden to release and throw weights on the ground. Weights must be placed on the ground delicately. Likewise, weights from machines must be released gently to avoid damage and noise. The Club's machinery and equipment must be used with the utmost care and diligence. During peak hours, the use of equipment and machinery is limited to 20 minutes. In any case, alternating the use of machinery and equipment is recommended and encouraged. Any damage to the structures, equipment, machinery, flooring, even of an aesthetic nature, is the responsibility of the person who caused it. The Club staff is authorized to make any relevant complaints.
4 - KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY
The Club has no gym staff or gym technical assistance. Clients use the Club facilities under their own exclusive responsibility. Clients who are not fully familiar with how to use and operate the machines, equipment and weights in the Club are prohibited from using them.
5 – CABINETS AND BOXES
After use, lockers and boxes must be left free and clean. The Company has the right to remove the lock of lockers and boxes left closed beyond the time of the Customer's stay and to remove their contents, which will be returned to the owner upon proof of actual ownership. To protect the interests of all Customers, in the event of occupation of a locker or box beyond the time of stay in the Club, a penalty of Euro 100.00 (one hundred/00) will be applied to the Customer concerned for each locker or box, for every 24 (twenty-four) hours of continued occupation. In the event of removal of the lock and contents, a further penalty of Euro 100.00 (one hundred/00) will be applied for each removal. In the event of failure to pay the penalty, the subscription will be suspended until the penalty has been paid in full.
6 – CLUB BAGS AND ACCESS
To access the Club and to use any Options and/or Additional Services purchased, it is mandatory to use the electronic device (Badge) delivered upon signing the Membership Contract. Each access to the Club must be booked, at least 20 minutes in advance, using the “Porta Venezia Fitness Club” app (iOS and Android) or through the website www.portaveneziafit.com (menu – online booking – book from the website), using the credentials issued upon signing the Membership Contract and creating your own password. In the absence of a booking, access to the Club is not permitted. It is absolutely forbidden to transfer or lend the Badge to third parties, even temporarily and/or provisionally. Please note that in the event of violation of this prohibition, the General Subscription Conditions provide for the immediate termination of the Membership Contract without the right to a refund of the amount paid, as well as the application of a penalty of Euro 1,000.00 (one thousand/00) for each violation. In any case, the Company reserves the right to report to the Judicial Authority anyone who enters the Club premises without authorization. Access to the Club by companions, including children, is not permitted. It is forbidden to bring animals.
7 – SMOKING, WEAPONS, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, ANABOLIC SUBSTANCES
The Club, including all external areas (Rooftop Gym, Solarium, stairs, landings and so on) is completely smoke-free. In the Club it is forbidden to smoke, bring weapons, bring and/or consume alcoholic beverages, as well as bring and/or use and/or be under the influence of narcotics and pharmacological substances other than those prescribed by a doctor. It is also forbidden to bring and/or carry with you and/or in any case take or be under the influence of substances that increase physical performance (for example the so-called anabolic substances). Please remember that in the event of violation of the aforementioned prohibition, in addition to the immediate termination of the Subscription Contract, the General Subscription Conditions provide for a penalty of Euro 1,000.00 (one thousand/00) for each violation.
8 – SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Company, the sale of goods and the offering of services, including personal training and similar, is prohibited within the Club.
9 - MEALS AND RELAXATION AREA
Consumption of meals, including sandwiches, is not permitted inside the Club or in the external areas (Rooftop Gym, Solarium, stairs, landings and so on). The tables in the recreation area are reserved for relaxation and consumption of drinks and snacks provided by the vending machines present there.
10 – BEHAVIOUR IN THE CLUB
To protect the peace and quiet of all Customers, shouting, moaning (even when lifting weights), loud noises, gatherings, use of analog and digital equipment without headphones, disturbing noises, disrespectful or aggressive behavior are prohibited.
11 - CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS FOR AMATEUR SPORTS
The Client is required to present and deliver, within 5 days of registration, a certificate of fitness for amateur sports. The Company is required to not allow access to the Club to Clients without such certificate.
12 - PERSONAL TRAINERS
The personal trainers present in the Club are freelancers. Their services must be agreed directly with them.
13 - VALUABLE OBJECTS
It is not permitted to bring valuable objects and/or objects not necessary for sporting activities into the Club. The Company, in any case, is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of money or other goods brought into the Club and/or deposited in the lockers of the changing rooms and/or in the boxes, which are not guarded.
14 - PHOTOS AND VIDEO SHOOTING
When taking private photos and videos, the image rights of third parties must be respected. It is forbidden to take commercial photos and videos without the written authorization of the Company. In the shower area and in the changing rooms it is forbidden to take photos, videos and any other type of recording on any medium.
15 - SHOWERS
For hygiene reasons, clean bathing slippers must be worn throughout the shower area. After showering, you can only access the changing rooms after being thoroughly dried.
16 – VIBRATING PLATFORM
The use of the Vibration Platform, reserved for Customers who have subscribed to the relevant option, is dangerous and absolutely prohibited for those who are in the following conditions or have the following pathologies: acute arthropathy or arthrosis, acute disc disorders, spondylosis or fractures, acute migraine, recent (surgical) wounds, spinal implants, acute myocardial infarction, acute inflammation, infections and/or fever, severe osteoporosis with BMD < 70 mg/ml, spasticism, thrombosis, neoplasms with metastases in the musculoskeletal system, vertigo or dizziness.
A specific medical evaluation and the release of the relevant certificate that allows the use of the Vibration Platform is required for those who are in the following conditions or have the following pathologies: pregnancy, metal or synthetic prostheses (e.g. pacemakers, artificial heart valves, recent stent implants or brain implants), cardiac arrhythmia, acute rheumatic arthrosis, gallstones, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, heart disease, chondromalacia of the joints of the lower extremities, osteonecrosis and chondrosis, diabetes mellitus or neuropathy, heart disorders, arterial circulation disorders, motor disorders and Parkinson's, lymphatic edema, epilepsy, venous insufficiency, post-operative injuries, chronic back pain (post-fracture, disc disorders or spondylosis), joint rheumatism and arthrosis, spondylolisthesis without slipping, neoplasms.
The Vibration Platform must be used without shoes.
The Company strongly recommends not exceeding a maximum of 3 exercise sessions of no more than 10/15 minutes each per week.
17 – RELAXATION CHAIR
The use of the Relax Chair is permitted only after a shower, with a clean towel and wearing long trousers and a long-sleeved shirt or t-shirt. After use, the Relax Chair must be cleaned of any traces of dirt and sweat.
18 - ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The Customer who has purchased them can use the Additional Services "Vibration Platform" and "Relax Chair" exclusively during the opening hours of the Club Reception displayed at the same Reception and/or on the Notice Board, as well as with the methods and within the limits indicated in the instructions made available at or on the relevant devices. Access to the Relax Chair is permitted from 15 minutes after the opening of the Reception until 20 minutes before the closing of the same Reception.

Customers are informed that, for the safety of people and things, the internal rooms, external areas and entrances of the Club are monitored by closed circuit cameras active 24 hours a day.
