Hybrid training to improve STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND MOBILITY.
Hybrid training starts with movement therapy for chronic pain, and ends with basic athletic training for various sports.

The movements are the same for everyone, but each person will have to change the form and stimuli to adapt them to their needs.
