Tabata training was developed by Dr. Tabata in 1996. It is a maximum intensity workout for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 times, each cycle having a short duration of 4 minutes.
It is a high intensity interval workout that is perfect for those who want to lose weight by burning fat and improve their endurance.
