Abdominal muscles

It is a complete 30-minute workout, which involves various exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, bicycle crunches, Russian twists, planks, in all their variations, with or without loads, to train and define the rectus abdominis muscle, the internal and external oblique muscle and the transverse muscle; the aim is to achieve complete and perfect development of the entire abdominal area.
A well-trained abdomen plays a preventive role in various conditions and pathologies, such as some types of back pain or lumbago, and helps us maintain balance and posture.
