My love for sports was born at the age of 10 when I approached athletics until I became a competitive Heptathlon athlete for the Paulista federation of the state of São Paulo.
I also worked as a professional dancer.
2006: Degree in Sports Science

What motivates me to keep going?
Seeing that I can help transform people's lives, bring JOY and HEALTH.
I get positive feedback even from people who had depression before starting training with me.
