Tone Your Body (total body with 3 total body circuits):

3 circuits of 15 minutes each at high intensity, which will benefit your physical fitness in a total way. All muscle groups will be stimulated, for a challenge as intense as it is rewarding!

Up Your Glutes (3 circuits of 4 exercises, focus on glutes):

60 intense minutes where the only goal is to tone your glutes while having fun. The course includes 3 circuits of 4 exercises each, with shortening, lengthening and high intensity glute focus work.

The one with the rubber bands:
A high intensity workout using elastic bands, which increase muscle tension making the workout highly effective and challenging! 3 circuits that alternate workouts focusing on the upper and lower body for the most complete and effective toning possible!
